Nathan Kiecken
Founder & Independent Business Consultant
From commercial network development to corporate pricing strategy, business intelligence and operational leadership, Nathan Kiecken has built his career connecting strategic decisions with measurable business performance.
Drawing on his experience within Renault Group's commercial ecosystem, he founded KACEKA to bring corporate-level expertise, analytical rigor and practical execution to ambitious businesses.
Professional journey
Renault Group and Sodicam² are part of Nathan's previous professional experience, not KACEKA clients.
Nathan Kiecken is the founder of KACEKA, an independent consulting studio established in Paris in 2026, specializing in commercial strategy, pricing, business performance, retail operations and Business Intelligence.
An alumnus of Renault Group's official Graduate Programme, he developed his career at Sodicam², a wholly owned subsidiary of Renault Group supporting the commercial development of its automotive aftersales business.

Commercial & Advisory Experience — Sodicam² / Renault Group
B2B Portfolio Management & Network Development
At Sodicam², within Renault Group, Nathan managed and developed a portfolio of professional accounts across demanding commercial territories, initially covering Seine-Saint-Denis and Mantes-la-Jolie, before working across the wider north-west Paris area, including Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
The role combined active selling with the development of existing customer relationships. He monitored customers’ purchasing activity, reviewed account performance and worked with network partners to identify opportunities, strengthen purchasing loyalty and develop their business with the manufacturer.
Representing the manufacturer in the field also meant translating its commercial expectations and brand standards into practical guidance. Nathan supported partners with sales methods, customer service, training and the adoption of tools.
His approach combined commercial accountability with a five-star service mindset for B2B relationships: clear communication, responsiveness, reliable follow-through and a close understanding of each customer’s business.

Commercial & Advisory Experience — Sodicam² / Renault Group
Workshop Development Consulting — Mantes-la-Jolie Pilot
In a dedicated assignment centred on the Mantes-la-Jolie pilot, Nathan provided operational development support to workshops and network partners.
The work covered business diagnosis, customer journey improvements, service standards, sales training, tool adoption and network engagement. He helped partners identify priorities and translate the manufacturer’s methods and resources into practical actions within their own businesses.
The approach focused on developing demand through stronger workshop operations and customer experience. Improving the conditions for workshop activity and customer loyalty supported the development of demand for services and parts.
This brought together operational consulting, coaching and follow-up: understanding how each workshop functioned, helping its team apply the relevant tools and practices, and maintaining dialogue around the actions to be implemented.

Internal Business Consulting — Network Transformation
In a separate internal consulting project, Nathan contributed to a review of the relationship between Sodicam²’s central organisation and its commercial network.
The assignment examined existing practices, cooperation between central and field teams, and the evolving responsibilities of the sales organisation. It connected commercial policy with digital transformation, customer experience and service quality.
Nathan contributed to the diagnosis, the identification of opportunities for better coordination and the preparation of a change roadmap presented to the national management committee.
This experience connected his understanding of the field with organisational decisions: clarifying responsibilities, improving cooperation and translating strategic priorities into an actionable plan.

Data, Business Intelligence & Technology
Turning data into business intelligence
Nathan later moved into workshop development and performance management, supporting commercial networks in improving customer experience, service quality, workshop activity and operational efficiency.
He subsequently took on responsibilities in Data & Business Intelligence, working at the intersection of commercial operations, financial performance and information systems.
His work covered data quality, business data integration, reporting consistency, purchasing and sales analysis, stock coverage and aftersales profitability.
He was responsible for ensuring that business information remained reliable, consistent and usable for commercial decision-making.
For Nathan, Business Intelligence goes beyond dashboards and reporting.
As Product Owner of a commercial performance management solution using Google Cloud Platform and Spotfire, he coordinated the operational delivery of five IT contributors and acted as the central interface between technical teams and business stakeholders.
He translated commercial requirements into functional specifications, prioritized developments, coordinated testing and contributed to the implementation of solutions designed to improve business performance management.
This experience developed his ability to connect technology, people, data and commercial objectives.
It is the ability to turn complex data into a clear business narrative: understand what is happening, identify the underlying causes, reveal opportunities and help decision-makers take action.

Pricing, Profitability & Decision-Making
Pricing, profitability and business responsibility
His career subsequently progressed toward national market strategy and pricing, combining commercial experience with advanced analytical capabilities.
Working with corporate stakeholders, Nathan contributed to strategic pricing decisions within a major automotive aftersales business.
His responsibilities included safeguarding margin performance, assessing the financial impact of pricing decisions and implementing price adjustments aimed at protecting profitability and strengthening business performance.
These decisions involved significant commercial and financial stakes, requiring analytical precision, negotiation skills and an understanding of market dynamics.
This experience reinforced a fundamental principle of his approach:
Business growth is not simply about increasing sales. It is about understanding value, protecting profitability and making commercially sound decisions.
